Q2: How often should I use a disposal cleaner?
For optimal machine performance, we recommend you use affresh® disposal cleaner monthly, or as needed.
Q3: How do I use the cleaner tablet?
Once you have turned on the hot water to a low flow, place the tablet directly into the disposal. Turn on the disposal for 15-30 seconds. Foam may rise once the tablet is activated. The tablet is designed to create a powerful foaming action that cleans the disposal.
Q4: Do I need to do any additional cleaning once I've used the tablet?
No. Once the tablet is used and the disposal has been turned off, simply rinse away foam and any residue down the drain.
Q5: Does the cleaner have a scent?
The affresh® disposal cleaner has a light citrus scent.
Q6: Can I use more than one tablet to clean my disposal?
We do not recommend you use more than one tablet at a time during cleaning.
Q7: Is this product safe to use if I have a septic system?
